due to high demand the Valentine’s menu will be served on Friday 13th February as well as on the 14th

Oysters

Maldon oysters, strawberry & champagne mignonette, lemon verbana oil (extra -£4 each)

First course

Brioche, wagyu beef tartare, egg yolk, oscietra caviar

 

Second course

Lightly cured scallop, eel & pancetta consommé, apple, lemon verbena

 

Third course

Jerusalem artichoke veloute, vermouth, hazelnut

 

Fourth course

Butter poached cod, roscoff onion, leek, koji brown butter sauce

 

Fifth course

Venison, beetroot ketchup, black garlic, celeriac, maitake, veal bordelaise sauce

 

Sixth course

Dark chocolate tartlet, tonka bean cremeux, cacao nib, black winter truffle ice cream
