 The 14 recognised allergens by the Food Standards Agency are:

Celery (C), Crustaceans (CR), Eggs (E), Fish (F), Gluten (G), Lupin (L), Milk (M), Mollusc (MO), Mustard (MU), Nuts (N), Peanuts (P), Sesame Seeds (S), Soya (SO), Sulpher Dioxide (SD). We also advise dishes where dairy products are used are denominated by the letter D.
